Ann Gegelys

Ann Gegelys is a licensed realtor with deep roots in both the Hamptons and the New York Metropolitan area. Since entering the real estate industry in 2005, Ann has brought a wealth of experience from her prior career in financial services. As a former Vice President at Chase Bank, she held leadership roles in the Consumer Bank division, sharpening her skills in financial marketing and sales.

Ann holds both a BA and MA in Corporate and Public Communication, which she leverages to deliver a strategic and polished approach to marketing and client communications. Her dual expertise in finance and communication allows her to guide clients with confidence and clarity through every step of the buying or selling process.

Whether helping sellers prepare their homes for market—through staging, organizing, or connecting them with trusted resources—or advising buyers with detailed market data and trends, Ann is known for her thoroughness and dedication to achieving optimal outcomes.

Outside of real estate, Ann is a passionate advocate for local historic preservation. She actively volunteers with the Ladies Village Improvement Society in East Hampton, where she helps maintain and preserve the village's ponds, parks, greens, and trees. Ann also supports the Wainscott Sewing Society, focusing on the care and preservation of the historic Wainscott Chapel. In her hometown of Buffalo, NY, she also contributes to preservation efforts at The King Urban Life Center, continuing her commitment to protecting meaningful community spaces.

Ann is an avid runner, having completed the NYC Marathon and several half-marathons. She's also a certified spinning instructor. She and her husband are proud parents of two grown daughters, and their dog Bode is a familiar sight on the oceanfront beaches of East Hampton.
