Chris Adlam

Recently named #69 top producing agent in the nation by Real Trends / Wall Street Journal 2020 report, Chris Adlam has been selling real estate in the South Bay for over 30 years. Early in his career, Chris decided to dedicate himself to providing his clients with exceptional personal service and complete confidentiality. Chris insists, “my clients count on my discretion and expertise.” Determination and integrity have helped Chris achieve a stellar reputation along with sales awards year after year. He still maintains the enthusiasm that launched his career. Chris is one of the first in the office in the morning, and one of the last to leave. When asked recently how he maintains his focus, he replied, “I love what I do.” Chris feels extremely fortunate to live and work in one of the most beautiful communities in the world. Born and raised in the South Bay, he lives in Palos Verdes Estates with his wife, two daughters and a beloved German Shepherd. He enjoys golf and cars, and is active in his community. Chris supports both local hospitals, the Peninsula Education Foundation, as well as other various charities. He is currently serving on the board of 2 local organizations.
