After graduating from Robert Louis Stevenson School in 2014, Chandler pursued higher education at California State University Chico, where he majored in business marketing and minored in international relations. Armed with a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and a global perspective, Chandler's academic background allows him to approach real estate with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset.

In 2016, Chandler joined his parents' esteemed property management company, Bratty and Bluhm Property Management, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in property maintenance and management, which later encouraged him to acquire his real estate license in 2017. This experience provided him with a keen eye for property quality and a deep understanding of what it takes to maintain and enhance the value of real estate assets.
