Paul McGann

Paul McGann is the Principal and Co-Founder of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, where he draws on more than two decades of experience building and growing real estate franchises throughout New England. McGann began his real estate career as an agent in 1987 and quickly rose to lead a top-performing, multi-office firm in the Greater Boston area. He later served as Senior Director of Business Development at Cendant Corporation (now Anywhere Real Estate Inc.), where he was instrumental in expanding the Century 21 brand’s regional presence through strategic mergers and acquisitions. In 2006, McGann and his partner, Larry Rideout, acquired Gibson Domain and affiliated the company with Sotheby’s International Realty®. Since then, he has remained focused on driving business growth and helping agents reach their full potential. A native of Woburn, Massachusetts, McGann lives there today with his wife, Kerrie, and their children. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Northeastern University.
