With degrees from Yale University and the California College of the Arts, Chris is formally trained in design, research, analysis, and strategic thinking. His decades spent facilitating negotiations with Fortune 100 executives sharpened his eye for detail and quality, skills he now leverages to guide clients through the nuances of the real estate market. His personal experience as a property investor and developer further strengthens his ability to identify value and potential in every property.

Originally from Washington, DC, Chris has called San Francisco home for 25 years. He has deep roots in the Outer Sunset, where he lives with his wife and children. He finds balance in daily trips to the beach or Golden Gate Park, and spends his free time renovating properties, woodworking, reading, and staying active.
