Richard Bastoni

Considered to be one of San Francisco's most respected Realtors, Richard Bastoni entered the business in 1968. In 1969, he founded his own brokerage, which became a highly respected real estate company in the city. In 1989, after 20 years of managing, Richard sold his company to return to his passion and expertise in sales and immediately established himself as a top salesperson, specializing in San Francisco's most prestigious properties.

Richard is well-known as an authority in the complex field of condominium and cooperative conversions and sales. His knowledge of design, planning and development, and working through the intricacies of city requirements, marketing and advertising, is unparalleled. Two of his most distinguished conversions include the 235-unit Gramercy Towers and 10 Miller Place. His sales record of closing escrow on more than 200 units in one in the Gramercy Towers remains unchallenged.

Over the years, Richard has successfully negotiated numerous sales in the Nob Hill, 1200 California Street, the Francesca and many other fine buildings. His expertise in handling the multitude of details for property completion on condominium and cooperative sales is relied upon by sellers, buyers and cooperating brokers alike. His experience also encompasses the sale of many fine homes in Pacific Heights, Presidio Heights, Russian Hill, Nob Hill and Telegraph Hill.

Richard is a graduate of the University of the Pacific and Thunderbird Graduate School on International Management. A native of Santa Rosa, he resides with his wife, Darla, on Russian Hill.
