Kim Privor

Raised in Houston, Texas, Kim has called Washington, DC home for more than 20 years. After graduating from Tulane University with a dual major in Spanish and Latin American studies, she worked in sales and marketing in the retail and financial services industries before starting her real estate career in 2003. Her knowledge of the area, attentive client service, and attention to detail have earned her clients’ trust reflected in their repeat business and referrals. Kim has worked with buyers and sellers in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. After renovating her 1873 Logan Circle row house from the dirt floor to the roof top, she is especially knowledgeable about older homes. Coupled with her experience renovating a Dupont Circle condo and a family beach house, Kim has developed an intimate knowledge of a home’s inner workings, and she has developed a network of trusted trade professionals, vendors, and craftsmen. When not out searching for her clients’ next home, Kim can be found enjoying the Logan Circle neighborhood where she lives with her husband, daughter and French bulldog or spending time with family at the Delaware beaches. Kim is active in the Logan Circle Citizens’ Association and the parents’ association at her daughter’s school. She is proficient in Spanish, and she also loves yoga, cooking, exploring DC’s restaurants, reading, traveling and scuba diving. Licensed in DC and VA
