Alexandra "Alex" Becknell is a San Francisco transplant and Texas native, where she has been a licensed real estate agent since 2012. Throughout several stops across her varied career, Alex has developed a keen global design perspective that provides valuable insight to her clients. To that end, Alex first graduated from Ole Miss in 2010 and moved to Dallas where she worked at Eastman & Beaudine, an executive recruiting firm that operates in the sports and entertainment industry. She subsequently received her real estate license and practiced with Ebby Haliday, a storied real estate brokerage in Texas, before moving to New York.
For most of Alex's four years in New York, she acted as the personal assistant to Mickey Drexler, during his time as CEO and chairman of J.Crew Group. He was formerly CEO of Gap Inc. and is currently CEO of Alex Mill, and head of Drexler Ventures. Mr. Drexler taught Alex the essential values of service, organization, and quality expectations of a global executive and design guru—skills she brings to her real estate endeavors.
After her time in New York, Alex returned to her hometown of San Antonio. There, she started her real estate career in earnest with Kuper Sotheby's International Realty.
Now living in San Francisco, Alex works on Scott Brittain's team, where she is working to grow her ever-expanding network with new clients in the Bay Area's fast-paced real estate market.
