Jai Raj Ahuja

Jai Raj brings a refined blend of global education and on-ground real estate experience to his role. With over three years of cross-sector exposure across real estate and B2B sales, he combines analytical rigor with a client-first approach to advisory and deal execution.

He began his real estate journey in commercial leasing at Affordable Infrastructure and Housing Projects Pvt. Ltd., gaining hands-on experience in land transactions and large-scale plotting developments in Dholera. This early exposure to development-led opportunities sharpened his understanding of land value, investor positioning and long-term asset strategy. Prior to this, his role in B2B sales at Sleepy Owl Coffee strengthened his negotiation skills, relationship management capabilities and ability to build lasting partnerships.

Jai holds a postgraduate degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading, bringing an international perspective on investment markets, asset performance and urban development. He also earned a BBA (Hons) from O.P. Jindal Global University.
