They set their sights on a rocky promontory at the northern tip of the island, facing the Bonifacio coastline. There, the architect designed and built a magnificent stone-and-wood house, perfectly nestled among a labyrinth of monumental granite boulders and seamlessly integrated into its natural surroundings. It was a monumental undertaking at the time, given the lack of infrastructure and the absence of what would later become Cavallo’s marina.
