Jodi Gildea

Jodi A. Gildea is a lifelong resident of Marblehead and a proud graduate of Marblehead High School and Salem State University. With more than 33 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Jodi brings deep local knowledge, seasoned expertise, and unwavering dedication to every client she serves.Throughout her career, Jodi has held several leadership roles, including Advertising Manager, Office Manager for the Relocation Department, and Administrative Office Manager at Carlson Real Estate’s Marblehead office. These positions helped shape her strong organizational skills, marketing expertise, and comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry.An active and committed member of the Marblehead community, Jodi has volunteered as a travel soccer coach for both boys’ and girls’ teams and served as a running coach for “Fit Girls.” She is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Marblehead Arts Association and a former Co-President of The Winter Garden Club. She is also a member of the Waterfront Concierge Group.Jodi specializes in new construction and is actively involved in the Clifton Crossing development in Marblehead. She is known for going the distance for her clients, listing and selling properties throughout the North Shore and along the East Coast of Massachusetts, including Marblehead, Swampscott, Nahant, Salem, Danvers, Amesbury, Beverly, Peabody, Andover, Newburyport, Rowley, and Falmouth. Her services also include rentals, referrals, relocation tours, and working with international clients. Jodi works closely with sellers to prepare their homes for the market—rolling up her sleeves and doing whatever it takes to achieve exceptional results.Giving back to the community is important to Jodi. She generously donates her time and raises funds for several nonprofit organizations, including the Marblehead Food Pantry, My Brother’s Table, Toys for Tots, and SPUR.Jodi is married to Sean Gildea, a real estate sales manager with more than 25 years of experience. Together they have two children, Liam and Ella, and two dogs. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors skiing, running, biking, and paddleboarding.Jodi is proud to be part of a family real estate team alongside her husband, Sean Gildea, her mother-in-law, Jean Carlson, and her sister-in-law, Traci Howe.
