Leslie Abernethy

Leslie has enjoyed a stellar career as a Realtor since 2004. She brings a high degree of integrity and professionalism to her Real Estate career taking immense pride in guiding her clients to achieve their goals of home ownership, believing that Real Estate above all is a lifestyle choice.

Raised in Warkworth, a small community 1.5 hours north east of Toronto, Leslie developed her first passion of competitive equestrian riding which took her across Ontario meeting challenges and finding rewards at every step. This dedication and discipline carried over into her Real Estate career, where upon return from the University of Guelph, she developed her niche representing clients in small urban and rural areas of Northumberland and Prince Edward Counties (residences, farms, cottages and waterfront).

Leslie attributes her success in part to her intimate knowledge of market conditions and trends including using all aspects of the internet, conventional marketing and social media. She diligently stays up to date on real estate and marketing trends to benefit her clients, recently acquiring her Lifestyle55+ Affiliate™ and Accredited Elite Advocate® designations.
