Originally licensed in real estate in 2004, Iris combines her lifelong appreciation for design and craftsmanship with a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Raised in Napa Valley within a family-owned construction business, Iris developed an early understanding of architecture and the dedication required to create homes. Surrounded by builders, roofers, and real estate professionals, she cultivated a strong work ethic and a passion for design—foundations that continue to guide her career today.

Drawn by her love for the coast, Iris made her home on the Monterey Peninsula as a young adult, building roots in Pacific Grove and Monterey while studying and working in hospitality management. During her tenure with world-class companies, she led teams to achieve Forbes Four-Star recognition, mastering the art of service through attention to detail, problem-solving, and consistent excellence.

In 2010, Iris co-founded a successful fitness and training business with her husband, reinforcing her belief that success comes from consistency, communication, and care—values she carries into every real estate transaction. Reentering the real estate field in 2022, Iris now combines her marketing expertise, service excellence, and deep knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula and Salinas Valley to help clients achieve their goals.

Her love for the outdoors led her to the Highway 68 corridor, where she developed a special appreciation for the area's rolling hills, agricultural landscapes, and spacious properties. With over 30 years of living and working in Monterey County, Iris offers unmatched local insight and a strong network of connections.

When she's not serving clients, Iris enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, Spartan races, and exploring local food and wine with her husband, son, and their Ridgeback.
