Kristie Thomas

Kristie Thomas is an Operations Manager with The Fredeking Team of Monument Sotheby's International Realty. With more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Kristie worked as a buyer's agent on a high-volume team in Anne Arundel County, MD, as a team manager there, and as a buyer's representative for another high-volume team in Alabama. She then struck out on her own successfully representing both buyers and sellers. Upon her return to Maryland, Kristie joined the Fredeking Team where she enjoys leveraging her vast real estate knowledge to assist both internal and external clients. Always working to develop solutions, Kristie draws on her experience managing agents, actively selling, and contract management simultaneously. She strives to assist clients in facilitating their real estate goals whether through investment properties, finding the perfect starter home, or investing in a family estate. Further, Kristie makes every effort to develop lifelong relationships with her clients. Kristie graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Alabama with a Master of Library and Information Systems degree. She holds two real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Kristie resides in Baltimore County with her husband Nick, daughter Tabitha, and son Ethan. Reading, traveling, and “glamping” are her leisure activities, and she is passionate about the welfare of all animals.
