Mike Abercrombie

Born and raised in Birmingham, I am a graduate of Berry High School, Class of 1987. I ran track at Auburn University and earned my degree in Education in 1992. After graduation, I spent 25 years teaching and coaching Cross Country and Track & Field, retiring from Mountain Brook in 2017.

In anticipation of my next chapter, I earned my real estate license in 2008. Much like teaching and coaching, real estate allows me to guide people through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. I truly enjoy the process, as well as the opportunity to work with and connect with people from all walks of life.

I was drawn to LAH by its strong leadership and outstanding agents, and I value the family atmosphere where everyone supports one another. I am the proud parent of two sons: Jake (17), a student at Mountain Brook High School, and Blake (20), a sophomore at the University of Alabama.
