Harold Deblander

Born in Belgium and raised and educated throughout Europe, Harold Deblander has a significant part of his heart in San Francisco. He met his wife in this fair city, their daughter and son were born here, and he has spent more than two decades studying San Francisco and its unique neighborhoods and micro-climates (with particular attention paid to the restaurant scene).

Having bought, fixed, and sold well over 50 properties for his own account, with his own money on the line, Harold knows the ins and outs of what makes a transaction successful: from acquisition, and how to find value in a property that others have overlooked, to getting an offer accepted in San Francisco's very competitive environment, to resale and what strategic modifications will make a house irresistible to today's discerning buyers.

There is a myriad of empirical reasons why Harold is more than qualified as a real estate broker, but perhaps the most important is that he has been in the shoes as a buyer and a seller over a hundred times.
