Renee McCormack

Born and raised in East Hampton, Renée McCormack comes from a multigenerational real estate family. Her grandfather, Augie Dragotta, developed most of Springs making land deals from his barber shop on Newtown Lane. Renée's father, Robert Grau, continued development further east into Amagansett and Montauk and owned the former Maidstone Realty on Main Street, East
Hampton.

After traveling extensively throughout the U.S. and over 20 countries, Renée's deep-rooted connection to East Hampton and the surrounding area led her back home where she has been heavily vested in the community. She has worked as a private chef for high profile clients, locally and in New York City. She has an impeccable work ethic and embraces all encounters with the utmost professionalism and personability that will shine in her real estate endeavors. Her steadfast reputation and reliability are the highlight and foundation of her relationships with her clientele.

Renée's keen eye for aesthetics led her to work for a local interior designer for several years. She has been instrumental in transforming prominent Hampton properties into desirable, style-specific homes, increasing their value and appeal. Her entry to real estate sales and rentals 20 years ago led her to collaborate and build strong connections with architects, builders, designers, and the community at large. She also has extensive knowledge and experience regarding local code law and financing options in this ever-changing market. Renée graduated summa cum laude from Salve Regina University with a degree in financial management and Spanish. She owns and operates a local organic snack food line, FOODfitness Superfoods. Her husband, Owen, is a local schoolteacher and a volunteer fireman. They have two children, Xavier & Stella, whom they often visit in Southern California and Newport, Rhode Island.
