Born and raised in Austria with Romanian roots, I moved to the United States on my own at 18 with a strong sense of independence and a clear vision for the life I wanted to build. That experience shaped the way I approach both my work and my clients today, with a focus on resilience, adaptability, and showing up fully for the people I work with.
I earned my degree in Project Management from Ashford University and began my career as a creative strategist at a marketing agency, where I developed a strong foundation in branding, market analysis, and client communication. That background continues to influence how I approach real estate, from positioning homes thoughtfully to navigating negotiations with strategy and care.
Now based in Solana Beach, I specialize in helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Coastal North County San Diego, with a strong focus on Encinitas and the surrounding beach communities. Over the past two years, I’ve helped more than 30 clients successfully navigate their real estate journeys, many of them relocating from out of state.
Having gone through a major move myself, I understand how important it is to feel guided and supported throughout the process. My approach is calm, personal, and highly attentive. I take the time to understand each client’s goals, offer honest insight, and ensure every step feels clear and well-managed.
Fluent in German, Romanian, and English, I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and bring a global perspective to the experience.
