Susan Abshire

Born and raised in Osceola County, Susan Abshire has deep-rooted ties to the local community. A real estate broker with a wealth of resources throughout Greater Orlando, Susan specializes in commercial, residential and waterfront properties, and vacant land. Having previously served on the Osceola Planning Commission and a current member of the St. Cloud Economic Development Advisory Committee, she brings her customers invaluable insight when it comes to finding the neighborhood that best meets their individual needs.

Before becoming a licensed Florida REALTOR®, Susan worked as an estimator and project manager for her family's construction company for 30 years. Well-versed in the intricacies of land development and new builds, Susan blends her construction background with her home-grown knowledge of the area and straightforward advice to guide her buyers and sellers through the process with ease.

Susan is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®, where she's earned the distinguished Certified Real Estate Professional designation. Additionally, she is a Certified International Property Specialist, a Pricing Strategy Advisor, and holds the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. Susan currently resides in St. Cloud, where she enjoys biking, skeet shooting, and spending time with her family.
