Built in local stone and softened with pale timber shutters and painted joinery, the villa combines the atmosphere of a traditional island house with the openness and practicality of a contemporary summer residence.

The approach arrives through a peaceful hillside setting where the sea gradually becomes visible between the surrounding vegetation and neighbouring slopes. Across the terraces and balconies, the view remains uninterrupted, extending outward from the house toward the western coastline and the shifting blues of the Ionian.
