Big Fish Cay is a 55-acre private island located in northern Abaco just 130 miles east of West Palm Beach, Fla., and 35 miles from Treasure Cay International Airport.

Originally purchased for development into an eco-resort, Big Fish Cay features three apartment units including two duplex penthouse apartments; a two-bedroom Colonial-style sea front cottage; The Beach House; a multi-purpose building; a generator house containing a 35kw generator; a water desalination plant; a commercial grade 120-foot “T” dock with stainless steel hardware and fittings; and, underground water and power infrastructure complete with internet and phone.
