Villa Estella rests directly above the shoreline on Corfu’s northern coast, in the green headland landscape near Karousades where the island begins to feel quieter and more expansive. The sea here shifts constantly between deep cobalt and clear turquoise, and from the terraces the view stretches uninterrupted across the Ionian toward the distant Albanian mountains. Set within mature gardens filled with palms, cypress and old pines, the house sits low within the landscape, sheltered from the road and oriented entirely towards the water.

The approach moves through wide lawns and established planting before opening onto the main house and pool terrace. Although substantial in scale, the property maintains the atmosphere of a private seaside residence rather than a formal estate.
