David Feldman

A Thousand Oaks native, David Feldman has deep roots across the Conejo Valley and the Malibu coast. Before real estate, he built global ecommerce businesses, driving over $1 billion in sales by developing a rigorous understanding of where value sits before market conditions shift, what creates demand, and how to execute when it matters. That foundation now shapes how he approaches every property, every pricing decision, and every transaction he leads through Sotheby's International Realty.
A classically trained musician and graduate of The Juilliard School, David carries a discipline for nuance and proportion that informs how he sees and presents homes. He pairs that with a deep appreciation for residential architecture and design, allowing him to identify what makes a property genuinely distinctive and to present it with the precision it deserves.
David is also the founder of LUX Cycling Development Team, one of the most acclaimed junior development programs in the country, whose alumni have raced in the Tour de France and the Olympics. He lives in North Ranch with his wife and young son, and is often spotted on the trails and roads of the Santa Monica Mountains.
