Kristin Dotterrer

As a fourth-generation Monterey resident, Kristin Dotterrer offers a valuable understanding of the local market and deep community connections. Kristin enjoys sharing amenities unique to each locality within Monterey and Santa Cruz counties and serves a leadership role in her neighborhood association.

Having many years of professional experience in business and property management herself, Kristin married into a family who owns property management companies in Southern California, which has furthered her expertise. She is skilled in evaluating and marketing investment properties and negotiating terms and is an expert in accessory dwelling units (ADUs).

With a history degree from UC Berkeley and a master’s degree in information science, Kristin possesses exceptional analytical skills. She takes pleasure in researching the peninsula’s historically significant properties. Her grandparents, who ran downtown Monterey’s Poppy Restaurant in its heyday, instilled in Kristin a strong work ethic and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kristin finds joy in raising her two boys and cherishes hikes in the Del Monte Forest and Carmel Valley. She is committed to assisting both long-time residents and newcomers alike with integrity, leveraging her network and knowledge to achieve results.
