Wendy Charlton

Wendy Charlton has proven to be a top producer in Monterey County, providing her clients with the highest level of service and personal satisfaction. Growing up in Carmel Valley, Wendy gained the local advantage having lived in communities from the Carmel Highlands to Monterey and everywhere in between. With a father in the construction business, Wendy developed a keen eye for good building practices and techniques.
In her early years, she used her love of sailing and windsurfing to teach junior sailing and windsurfing classes at Stillwater Cove Yacht Club in Pebble Beach. Then, she worked for Pebble Beach Company, where she gained the highest expectations of service. Later, she started her own landscape design company where her love of gardening fueled her desire to make a house into a home. For the next two decades, Wendy lovingly focused her efforts and deep family values into raising five wonderful children. With all of Wendy's knowledge of construction, landscape design, and her local advantage, she has the edge on where to buy and how to sell.
