Born and raised in the world of real estate, Brandi has deep roots in the industry. Brandi works alongside her father, Bill Bluhm, a reputable real estate broker on the Monterey Peninsula, and together they form The Bluhm Team. This family collaboration brings together a wealth of knowledge and experience, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.

Brandi has been a licensed real estate agent since 2010, bringing over a decade of industry knowledge to the table. Her journey into the world of real estate began after spending six years as faculty research associate at the prestigious Naval Postgraduate School. This experience instilled in her a strong foundation in research, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex projects with utmost care.

In February 2017, Brandi made a transition into property management, showcasing her exceptional organizational skills and dedication to providing top-notch service to her clients. Her commitment to excellence led her to a brief hiatus, where she relocated to Austin, Texas in August 2019, and worked as a recruiter for Google. This opportunity further honed her communication skills and allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and expectations of both individuals and corporations.

Driven by her passion for real estate, Brandi obtained her broker license in 2021, empowering her to offer a higher level of expertise and guidance. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends, Brandi eagerly embraced this new role.

In August 2021, she returned to property management, bringing her wealth of experience and knowledge to oversee the acquisition of Gorman Real Estate. Her impeccable customer service, empathy, and professionalism make her an invaluable asset to both property owners and tenants, ensuring a smooth and successful management process.

Beyond the world of real estate, Brandi finds joy in spending quality time with her family and friends. She is a culinary enthusiast and loves experimenting with new recipes. Brandi also enjoys the serenity of walking along the coast and finds solace in the natural beauty of Big Sur.
