Dennis Blazey

Dennis C. Blazey joined the office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty to help his customers find the perfect home for their lifestyle. As an award-winning REALTOR® for nearly 20 years, he has sold more than $300 million in new home construction in Sarasota and Manatee counties and has extensive background in new home construction, design, building materials and home improvement.

He is passionate about his commitment to his customers, and has a detailed approach, deep industry and regional knowledge, and a sense of humor. Given his tenure in the industry, Dennis is often sought out by past customers to work with them again in selecting their next home for their latest life adventure.

Prior to his move into real estate, Dennis worked for more than 25 years in retail with a focus on home improvement and building materials. His well-rounded experience makes him a go-to source for all things needed when selecting the right home for his customers.

Dennis and his wife, Jean, a local artist, have lived in Florida for 24 years, having moved to Sarasota from the Northeast where they raised their daughter. He is also blessed with an energetic grandson who keeps everyone on the move when he visits.

A member of University Park Country Club, Dennis and his wife are avid golfers, active members of the UPCC, their church and community, and devoted Penn State alumnae. He also enjoys traveling, gardening and enjoying the local Sarasota cultural activities.
