A Florida native, Kim Costantini brings decades of experience as a highly successful rental agent with Premier Sotheby's International Realty to her new position as a global real estate advisor, opening the door to servicing her customers buying and selling needs.

Armed with distinguished business acumen, her experience in luxury real estate has shaped her extensive knowledge in residential rentals, sales and investments. She has spent over 20 years with Premier Sotheby's International Realty in the Naples/Bonita Springs area, serving as an office manager for 8 years and a rental agent for 12 years. This background shaped her career as a top real estate professional and Kim is thrilled to continue to offer her customers white-glove service built on trust and an accomplished history of success as she transitions into a full-time REALTOR®.

Kim's passion for real estate runs deep. She is committed to building relationships and helping people find beautiful homes. Moreover, she appreciates the opportunity to form connections with customers, and that is what originally drew her to the industry at the young age of 18. She truly loves what she does; selling paradise and making friends along the way!

Outside of work, she enjoys boating, fishing, traveling and spending time with her family. Kim has two wonderful grown boys, Dustin and Sonny, and his a proud dog mom to a French bulldog, Memphis, a Great Pyrenees, Liberty and a Newfoundland, Otis.
