Rebecca Zimmerman

A global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty at its Lakewood Ranch office for over 10 years, Rebecca Zimmerman, PA offers sharp negotiation, extensive market knowledge and 16 years of expertise marketing fine properties throughout the greater Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch areas. With authenticity, integrity and a flair for fun, Rebecca brings humor and creative options to each transaction to ensure the least amount of stress possible.

Rebecca is a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee and started in real estate in 2010 during the market's downturn. A keen eye on the data, research and hands-on day-to-day transactions, Rebecca prides herself on providing balanced advice for her investors, buyers and sellers.

Prior to her time in real estate, Rebecca spent 20 years in IT and acquired her MBA from Florida International University after graduating in the top five of her class. With entrepreneurial drive, she opened her own recruiting/placement company and provided IT services to Fannie Mae before moving on to small business consulting.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pa., relocation has been a major theme of Rebecca's life. She has lived in major cities across the East Coast, including New York City, Miami and Washington, D.C., before settling in Lakewood Ranch, leading her to understand the stress and confusion of uprooting and looking for a new place to call home. It has inspired her to help others in the same process.

Rebecca's goal is to deliver bespoke real estate solutions marked by discretion and strategic creativity, while ensuring an elevated and enjoyable experience for every client interaction.

Outside of her work in real estate, Rebecca enjoys interior design, ballet/yoga/fitness, community service and coaching. She also speaks Spanish and is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
