I began my career in real estate at a very young age with my mother teaching me the value of property, land, and good bones and architecture. Once I got married, my husband and I would find undervalued property, move in, renovate (yes, in that order), then get the crazy notion to do it again! Silicon Valley was exploding and I decided to get my real estate license. As a realtor since 2006, I know it is about negotiating, working through the contract, and creating a win-win situation. My one goal is to represent my client honestly, ethically, and diligently while rolling up my sleeves to go beyond the “call of duty” especially if my client is from out of the area. After living most of my life in Menlo Park and Atherton, we moved to Pebble Beach. The Monterey Peninsula is everything we want - the slower pace, the dog-friendly beaches, the beautiful coast, and the proximity to the Bay Area. I am continuing to practice real estate in the Bay Area and Pebble Beach, Carmel, Monterey, and Pacific Grove. My knowledge of both peninsulas will be valuable to you in your search.
