There are two pontoon piers in the harbor for larger ships as well. It is possible to land on the southern flat rock beach of the island by helicopter.

The 11 pillar-based buildings located on the plot are all in good condition, and access from one to another is easy along walkways built from sustainable wood. Interior architect Heikki Lindroos designed the buildings and interior.
