Brian Oliver

Brian Oliver, global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Asheville office, is a Brevard native and expert in Western North Carolina's dynamic real estate market. Before entering real estate, Brian enjoyed a 20-year career as a PGA professional in the region, blending decades of experience in golf with a deep knowledge and connection to Western North Carolina's communities. His unique background allows him to offer expertise in golf courses and private club communities, helping clients align their homes with their passions.



Brian began his real estate career in 2018, after developing a passion for rehabbing and flipping his personal property for short and long-term rental investment. He opened his own firm in 2022 and established a trusted local business with over $40 million in sales. Recognizing the opportunity to offer his clients more in terms of technology, marketing and services, he joined Premier Sotheby's International Realty in Asheville in 2025.



Brian holds designations as a Luxury Listing Certified Advisor and Guild Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. He is a member of the Land of the Sky Association of REALTORS® and the Hendersonville Board of REALTORS®.

In his free time, Brian supports PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) in Asheville and other community initiatives to support veterans. Residing in downtown Hendersonville, he enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling and family time with his wife Joy, daughter Haley, her husband Caleb, and his first granddaughter Lowan.
