Prior to real estate, Jan served for 28 years with Delta Air Lines, where she excelled from reservations to technical operations as a training instructor. She further broadened her analytical expertise with UPS as a pricing analyst on enterprise accounts in Atlanta, bringing a strong foundation in negotiation and customer service to her real estate practice.
