Ianos is a west-facing Cycladic residence positioned on the hills of Paros, with open views stretching across the sea toward Antiparos and the neighbouring islands beyond. Designed in keeping with traditional Cycladic architecture, the villa combines whitewashed volumes, stone details and soft natural materials with a more contemporary sense of openness and scale.

Arranged across two levels, the house is designed around outdoor living and the changing light of the western horizon. The main living and dining spaces open directly onto broad terraces and the garden through large sliding doors, allowing the sea view to remain present throughout the interior. Warm-toned stone flooring, simple built-in forms and soft neutral furnishings create an atmosphere that feels relaxed and informal rather than overly polished. As the afternoon light moves through the house, the interiors take on the warmer tones of the surrounding landscape.

The villa accommodates up to ten guests across five en-suite bedrooms, including an independent guest studio positioned beside the main house for additional privacy. Several bedrooms open directly toward the garden and pool, while others frame elevated views across the bay and distant coastline. The rooms remain intentionally restrained, allowing the sea, sky and evening light to shape the experience of each space.

The outdoor areas unfold gradually across the 4,800 sqm plot. A kidney-shaped swimming pool sits at the centre of the lawned garden, oriented toward the sunset and the lights of Antiparos after dusk. Shaded sitting areas, a pool bar and outdoor dining spaces create multiple areas for different moments of the day, while mature planting softens the architecture into the hillside. A small fishing boat rests quietly on the grass facing the sea, reinforcing the informal character of the property and its connection to island life.

Beyond the main terraces, the property includes a games room, gym, tennis court and basketball area, allowing the villa to function equally well for longer stays and larger groups without losing its residential atmosphere. Despite its peaceful setting, Ianos remains close to the beaches, restaurants and main attractions of Paros.

As evening settles across the bay, the terraces face directly toward the sunset, with the neighbouring islands gradually appearing as scattered lights across the horizon.
