Patrice Gale

Patrice Gale is more than a Broker for Sotheby's International Realty Canada. She is a powerful force no matter what her location in Toronto, or in Collingwood and The Blue Mountains. Patrice is always working to enrich her neighbourhoods and the world around her. Along with her husband David and their family, Patrice volunteers and contributes to local schools and community events and hosts local get togethers and fund raising events. Internationally, her family has built wells in Africa and has opened their homes to and supported many Ukrainian families.

Patrice's mix of caring and entrepreneurial spirit was in full swing as early as Grade 5, when she ran her first charity event. After finding success in consulting and marketing, she created Settle in Toronto Relocation Services, helping executives new to Toronto and dovetailing that into real estate. With over 25 years experience, Patrice’s strengths lie in analyzing the real estate market, providing sound advice, helping boomers and seniors 'rightsize' and for many buying and selling their family home or recreational property. She has a special passion for serving past clients with their continued real estate needs. “When a client calls you for their 8th real estate transaction, it makes you feel confident you’ve served them well” says Patrice. Patrice has an MBA specializing in marketing, is a real estate Broker, a relocation specialist, and an Accredited Senior’s Agent.

Patrice is also a sports enthusiast enjoying downhill and cross-country skiing, tennis, golf, biking, paddling & pilates. She also enjoys international travel and cuisine, cooking with family. Patrice enjoys a fine glass of wine or a negroni and is well on her way to figuring out how to bake the perfect French macaron.
