Hidden within an olive grove on the coastline of Lesvos, Pelagos faces a sheltered bay where the sea remains calm and protected throughout most of the year. The house sits only a short distance from the shoreline itself, connected to the water by a private pathway and small dock, while the surrounding landscape remains largely untouched — olive trees, low hills and quiet coves extending in every direction. Despite the seclusion, Mytilene Airport can be reached within approximately 25 minutes by car.

The architecture is contemporary and deliberately restrained, allowing the setting to remain dominant. Arranged across two principal levels with extensive lower-ground accommodation, the residence extends to approximately 530 sqm, with floor-to-ceiling glazing opening the interiors directly towards the bay. The house is positioned to capture uninterrupted water views from nearly every room, while the orientation allows natural light to move gradually through the interiors from early morning until sunset.
The principal living spaces are open and minimal in character, combining polished stone flooring, pale surfaces and warm timber elements with large uninterrupted expanses of glass. A fishing boat crossing the entrance to the bay at dusk is often the only movement visible from the terrace.
