Stephanie Deshaies

Stephanie Deshaies is a residential leasing specialist with the Downtown Sarasota office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. A member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, Stephanie began her real estate career in residential sales in 2004. Three years later, she transitioned to leasing and property management.

Whether working with customers in residential sales or residential leasing, Stephanie always strives for excellence. She takes great pride in going above and beyond the expected for her customers, as well as her ability to think outside the box to find a creative solution for any problem. A Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Stephanie has consistently been honored for her achievements as a real estate professional and received the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award multiple times.

Originally from Indianapolis, Stephanie worked in hospitality before relocating to Sarasota and beginning her real estate career. She was a manager for two independent restaurants in Vermont and New Hampshire, a Bennigan's in Illinois, helped a friend establish a thriving hair salon in Vermont, and was a certified personal chef. The combination of all these experiences helps Stephanie relate to, and build trust with, her customers.

In her time outside of the office, Stephanie is a voracious reader and also enjoys hiking, bike riding, kayaking, and listening to music.
