Before joining Stuart, she was an escrow officer, managing transactions from contract through closing and developing a strong understanding of the details, timelines, and documentation that keep a sale organized and on track. That experience adds an additional layer of oversight for the clients they represent.
Their strengths complement each other in a practical way. Stuart focuses on strategy, market positioning, and negotiations; Dee on preparation, coordination, and guiding the transaction carefully through closing. Together, they work to minimize surprises and provide clear direction from start to finish.
