Bill Frantz

Real estate has always been a big part of Bill's life. He started selling real estate in Ohio while in college at Miami University. Since then, he has been buying, selling and renovating homes as his hobby. As an agent, he uniquely understands his clients' needs from their perspective, since he has completed more than 40 personal transactions as a client himself.



He is very excited about the opportunity as he brings together his business acumen with his real estate expertise to Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Bill had a rewarding and successful business career. As part owner and president of a national refrigerated foods manufacturer, he used his legal background and negotiation skills to handle all legal matters, business divestitures and acquisitions, Union contract negotiations, and real estate transactions for the company.



Bill's goal as a REALTOR® is to use his business skills to help buyers find the right property to meet their needs and to help sellers capitalize on their investment. He is a businessperson with a great passion for real estate, having been both on the buyer's and seller's sides of the transaction for many years. As an agent, he can now bring that perspective to helping clients fulfill their real estate needs.



Outside of real estate, Bill is significantly involved as a board member for many nonprofit organizations. He was named Medina County, Ohio's 2014 Business Person of the Year and one of Smart Business Magazine's 2014 Smart 50 Business Leaders in Northeast Ohio. He is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®.
