Kristi Dyer

A longtime resident of Lakewood Ranch, Kristi Dyer is proud to call this community home. After a successful 20-year career as an educator, she has turned her professional focus to real estate. Through her partnership with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Kristi is excited to share her expertise and knowledge of Lakewood Ranch and its surrounding communities with current residents or newcomers as she provides them with incomparable service in buying or selling a home.

Kristi's warm and inviting personality allows her to easily develop connections with others and cultivate relationships. Honest and trustworthy, she is a skilled communicator with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills who works tirelessly for her customers to ensure a smooth transaction at every turn. Kristi is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee.

Originally from Ohio, Kristi earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications and psychology from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, and her masters in teaching from Simmons College in Boston. She has been vacationing in Siesta Key and Longboat Key for over 40 years and has called Lakewood Ranch home for nearly 20 years.

For the past 15 years, Kristi has taught elementary school in Manatee County. A former Teacher of the Year at McNeal Elementary, she has held various leadership roles within her school, and was honored to be a nominee for the Florida District 16 Congressional Teacher Award. Kristi was also actively at McNeal Elementary as a parent, having served as the vice president and treasurer on the Parent-Teacher Organization executive board at the school when her daughters attended.

Outside of the office, Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenage daughters, taking advantage of all the activities that their wonderful Lakewood Ranch neighborhood has to offer. She also enjoys playing and watching sports, working out, and traveling.
