With a career in the industry spanning nearly 20 years in three states on the West Coast and a deeply-rooted passion for her community, Natalie Kalani Britton is proud to serve her clients on California's beautiful Central Coast.
A native of Monterey, Natalie cultivated her core values and connection to her home on the Monterey Peninsula while attending local public schools and earning a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Distinction, from Cal State Monterey Bay. Natalie folded the psychology of business with the art of sales, and in tandem with her role as a Real Estate Advisor, she is a Juris Doctorate candidate at Monterey College of Law. Natalie currently serves as Student Bar Association Class Representative elect and a member of the Monterey County Women Lawyers Association.
In 2007, Natalie began her journey at a boutique brokerage in picturesque downtown Carmel by the Sea. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, her next chapter brought her to the Pacific Northwest where she gained invaluable experience working in sales, marketing, and acquisitions for a residential real estate developer in the Portland and Seattle metropolitan areas. When it was time to relocate back home to be closer to family, Natalie returned to Carmel to continue her path in brokerage operations, sales, and transaction coordination with Sotheby's International Realty. During her initial seven-year tenure with Sotheby's, she demonstrated unwavering dedication to the brand and its mission statement. Next, Natalie's direction pivoted into her role as Vice President of a locally owned property management company where she developed and integrated a real estate sales team. There, Natalie effectively converted existing business through the management of approximately 500 properties in the company's book of business. This diverse experience allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of the industry's various facets, further enhancing her expertise. In 2023, Natalie made the heartfelt decision to return home to Sotheby's International Realty, rekindling her connection with the brand she felt earlier in her career.
Natalie's dedication to the industry combined with strong negotiation techniques, in-depth knowledge of local nuances, and her genuine desire to do right by her clients has led to her proven track record of honest and fair dealings across the Monterey Peninsula. Natalie has made her mark in Big Sur, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Carmel Highlands, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey, and Seaside through her sales production both on teams and as an individual. Her commitment to her clients and colleagues is demonstrated through the relationships she has cultivated in her career over the past two decades. Natalie feels honored to have represented generations of families with local footprints and considers it a privilege to contribute to the community in such a meaningful way.
In cojunction with her professional endeavors, Natalie embraces an active and fulfilling life outside of the office. She enjoys powerlifting, mountain biking, hiking, martial arts, tennis, participating on sports teams, exploring her palate through the creative art of cooking, and the multi-cultural experiences and diversity offered by international travel.
