Apollo Hills is a gated residential development set within landscaped grounds on the Athens Riviera, where contemporary architecture is softened by extensive planting, curved terraces and open views toward the coastline. Designed by Porphyrios Associates, the development combines restrained modern lines with a warmer Mediterranean sensibility, creating residences that feel connected to both the surrounding gardens and the wider Riviera landscape.

This 324 sqm garden villa has been designed around openness, privacy and natural light. Large expanses of glazing connect the principal living spaces directly to the terraces and private pool, while soft neutral materials, timber detailing and pale stone surfaces create a calm and cohesive interior palette throughout. The architecture emphasises fluid movement between indoor and outdoor living, with shaded seating areas and landscaped pathways extending naturally from the house into the gardens.

Natural light moves through the interior throughout the day, while carefully integrated lighting and warm finishes give the spaces a quieter atmosphere in the evening. The kitchen follows the same understated design language, combining clean cabinetry with durable natural materials suited to everyday living.

Accommodation includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms, arranged to provide both privacy and flexibility for family life or longer stays. The principal suite incorporates generous wardrobe space and a spacious bathroom finished in marble and timber tones, while the additional bedrooms maintain the same restrained material palette and soft natural light.
